Who can get involved with Vision Academy?
Vision Academy is designed for people finishing school or experienced surveyors looking to expand their skillset or improve their registration status.
Our dual approach
Our training approach integrates both education and mentorship. Limited scholarships are available for this in-house training program, offered every 12 months, facilitating greater opportunities for those wanting to pursue further qualifications or are wanting to complete a cadetship in surveying. This commitment ensures a robust knowledge foundation across a range of surveying and 3D spatial services including engineering, cadastral, civil infrastructure, construction and beyond. This customisable learning approach sets individuals up for success in the industry.

How does it work?
Each Vision Academy mentee is paired with a qualified registered surveyor who acts as their mentor from the senior leadership team. This full-time, paid opportunity gives mentees the opportunity to be guided through goal setting and career development over an agreed period. Coupled with KPIs and timeframes this personalised approach aims to foster professional growth in a specified time period.
Skill enhancement and talent attraction
Vision Academy aims to elevate existing surveyors as well as entice new professionals into the surveying realm. By training existing staff and newcomers, we envision creating a cohort of in house trained surveyors capable of delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Vision Academy is actively taking expressions of interest from diverse experiences across all our office locations. Intakes are annual and numbers are strictly limited.
