We all know that Vision Surveys (QLD) (VSQ) specialise in all things surveying. From civil infrastructure surveying, mine surveying, engineering and cadastral surveying the name Vision Surveys throughout the Whitsundays is very common. However, we have now acquired some new additions and added some new faces into the mix which reinforces our company as a definite ‘one stop shop’ when talking land development. VSQ can confidently say we are highly competitive with regards to Town Planning with the additions of Lee Glindemann and John Royce.
Historically, we operated with our Mackay-based Town Planner, Marcus Fossey who was heavily involved with all the Planning projects under the guidance and supervision of Brian Forrester. The inclusion of Lee and John bring experience and a wealth of knowledge, understanding, networks and a vibrant, positive attitude to the Consultancy team within VSQ. Co-directors Brian Forrester and David Wilson are more than excited to see Lee Glindemann put on the VSQ uniform.
“Lee is a massive addition to the Planning Team, her knowledge and experience within the Whitsundays is second to none. Any development history, the background of land parcels, the knowledge of each site and any existing constraints will be a huge benefit in servicing our clients,” Mr Forrester said.
Lee had a 27 year stint at the Whitsunday Regional Council as the Executive Manager of Development Assessment and now she is putting on the consulting shoes and dealing with developments that she originally signed off on!
“I have always got along with Brian throughout the years and we had obtained a strong professional relationship. I was looking for somewhere with a relaxed working environment. Vision was the definitely the place for me,” Glindemann said.
Lee has joined Marcus in the Planning Service Line and will be a massive addition within the consulting realm of VSQ.
